Legal Aid We Offer

We offer the legal aid services for the following

    1. Immigration & Asylum
    2. Public law
    3. Housing

If you are interested in applying for Legal Aid then we will need to assess you if you qualify for Legal Aid. In order to assess you we will require you to bring the information listed below to your appointment.

  1. Photographic ID
  2. Utility bill dated in the last 2 months of your appointment.
  3. Last 3 months bank statements from the date of your appointment.
  4. If you are working, your last 3 months pay slips.
  5. If you are working, your last 3 months pay slips.
  6. If you are in receipt of Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance, Employment Support Allowance or NASS payments. Please go to the jobcentre and ask them to write a letter confirming what benefit you are in receipt of. Should the Job Centre ask the reason for this, inform them that it is required for your application for Legal Aid.
  7. Recent working tax and child benefit letter.
  8. Recent housing benefit letter.
  9. All documentation regarding your case.

Without the above information, it would be difficult for us to assess your entitlement to Legal Aid. Our clients are required to meet the eligibility criteria for Legal Aid work which means that they are required to fall within the criteria for financial assistance and their case needs to be relatively strong in merits.
